Placements and Careers
The placement cell works with every department from the second year: aptitude training, mock interviews, CV clinics and internships. Recruiters visit campus from January to May.
In 2025–26, 214 of the 318 students who registered with the cell received offers, from 31 recruiters in IT services, banking, accounting, retail and education. Many other students go on to postgraduate study.

Where our graduates are
The field survey in Keezhmad panchayat shaped my PhD topic. Dr. Ajith still reads my drafts.
Our final-year project was used by the hostel mess for a whole year. That is what I talked about in every interview.
The mangrove survey was the first time I felt like a scientist. Our teachers trusted us with real fieldwork, not just record books.
